6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Product Warranty

6.2 Service Warranty

Repair services include a free re-repair within 45 days if the same issue recurs. Custom builds carry a 45-day warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mini Drone Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded by contract.

7. Drone Operation Compliance

Customers are responsible for operating drones in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and aviation authorities including DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) guidelines in India. This includes:

• Obtaining necessary permits and licenses
• Following no-fly zone restrictions
• Maintaining safe flying practices
• Adhering to privacy laws when capturing images/videos
