Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.
Delivery Times
Delivery is handled by the courier you select at the time of payment. Estimated delivery times depend on the courier chosen and your location. Delivery timelines indicated at checkout are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed by us.
- If your selected courier is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we will switch to an alternative courier of equivalent service level and notify you before shipping
- In some cases, we may propose an alternative mode of transport (for example, surface freight for bulky or heavy items). We will contact you to agree on the mode and cost before proceeding - no change will be made without your confirmation
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined at the time of dispatch based on the courier selected, the weight and dimensions of the package, and your delivery location. The cost shown at checkout is an estimate based on the courier rates at that time and may be subject to change if the courier's rates have changed by the time of dispatch. You will be informed of any difference before the order is shipped.
If an alternative courier or transport mode is agreed upon, the final shipping cost will be confirmed with you at that point before proceeding.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships
- Custom build orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on specifications
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. SMS notifications may also be sent if supported by your selected courier. You can track your order:
- Through your account dashboard
- Using the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email
- On the courier's website using the tracking number
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:
- Drones and electronics are packed in original manufacturer boxes when possible
- Additional bubble wrap and protective materials for fragile items
- Sturdy outer packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Tamper-evident seals on all packages
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package
- Valid ID may be required by the courier depending on the item or their policy
- If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery as per their own redelivery policy before returning the package to us as an RTO
- Collection timeframes at courier facilities vary by courier - please track your shipment and collect promptly to avoid the package being returned. See the RTO section below for what happens if the package is returned to us
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
- Document any visible damage with photos and video before and during opening
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery for transit damage - this is a strict window required to raise a dispute with the courier
- For lost packages, contact us if tracking shows no movement for 5+ days
- Transit damage claims follow our standard returns process including unboxing video evidence and live video verification - see the Returns & Refund Policy for full details
- For lost packages, we will raise a dispute with the courier on your behalf. Resolution is subject to the courier's investigation outcome
Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery cannot be completed as per the courier's redelivery policy, or if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a courier facility, the order will be returned to us as an RTO.
- We will notify you as soon as we are informed of or receive the RTO
- To have the order re-dispatched, you must pay the RTO charges incurred plus the cost of fresh forward shipping before we send it out again
- You have 14 days from our notification to respond and arrange re-dispatch. If we do not hear from you or payment is not received within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus the original shipping charges, packaging costs, and any RTO charges incurred
- If the RTO was caused by an error on our part (wrong address printed, incorrect item dispatched), re-dispatch will be arranged at no additional cost to you
Address Changes
Contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery address. Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
Service Delivery
For repair services and custom builds:
- Customer is responsible for shipping the item to us for all repair, warranty, and return services
- Return shipping after a completed repair or approved return will be arranged and the cost confirmed with you before dispatch
- Shipping costs for service items are not covered by us unless explicitly stated in a specific service agreement
